Appointment fee of Rs. 500
To schedule an appointment, please fill out the form with your details and submit a non-refundable appointment fee of Rs. 500 to the account mentioned. This fee will be adjusted in your treatment or consultation charges.
Important Guidelines:
After making the payment, you must send the screenshot to WhatsApp: +92 333 3173773.
Once we verify your payment, you will receive a confirmation message for your appointment.
If you are late by more than 1 hour, your appointment will be canceled, and the fee will not be refunded. You will need to book a new appointment.
